It is hard to believe, but my brother's little girl Allie is now 8 years old. Her birthday party was held at her Meemom's this past Saturday, and boy did she have a good time. Allie is in the 2nd grade and she is an A-B student. She is so funny. I asked her how she was doing in school and she said she was doing okay, but made a C on one of her math tests. She then asked me to throw some "times" her way. I had no idea what she was talking about...but she explained that she wanted me to ask her some multiplication questions. She got them all correct. While opening her gifts, Allie took the time to read every word of every card. I thought that was really sweet and very polite. I hope Audrey will do the same one day.
